I’m currently able to submit claims to the following insurance carriers as an in-network provider: BlueCross BlueShield, United, and Ambetter. I’m an out-of-network provider for all other carriers. Coaching is rarely covered by insurance or EAPs.

Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session amount.

A good fit is crucial to a successful journey in counseling. If you and I aren’t gelling, I want to work with you to find someone who you’ll work well with. And making sure you’re connected with someone who is a good fit isn’t something I charge for.
